Going off the topic of Visual Expression, something I have wanted to make since the beginning of this class is a Swan Lake inspired lens. For this, I want to bring in makeup, costume, and music to create an all-encompassing filter that people can use to become the Black Swan.
Why make this in AR vs another medium?

First up was creating the tutu! I went with a three layer, tulle, flat skirt inspired by the images above to create some depth and shape. I first modeled the base layer using a cylinder mesh and removing the top and bottom, and then added the other two layers by duplicating the first and rotating them slightly so they wouldn’t be sitting perfectly on top of each other. I also then gave each layer a different grey color, getting darker as the layers get higher, to further add depth and character.

I kept the visual design very simple at this point to make sure I would be able to make it work inside Lens Studio before spending a ton of time decorating the tutu.
